Hi, I'm Erin Stephenson, a certified health coach and I've dedicated my life to fitness & mindfulness. As a busy mother of 3 children & 3 step-children, I know it's not easy to find time for YOU. My goal is to change that and help you become the best version of yourself with both body & mind to achieve optimal health.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change that by providing you with the tools, training and positive mindset to achieve what you currently think is impossible, and make it POSSIBLE.
I am a certified Health Coach and an active fitness instructor. I teach a wide variety of classes, weight training, cycle / spin, yoga and meditation classes, certified in barre, TRX, and a certified reiki instructor, it's my goal to inspire others on their health and fitness journey.
Mindfulness is a skill that needs to be practiced, nourished, and developed.
