BETTER TOGETHER SERIES (date to be announced, next one scheduled for April 2025)
Erin teams up to offer breath work, yoga, meditation, sound bowls and an introduction on how you can apply Ayurvedic Health to your life. Replenish your senses and awaken your soul. Together Erin will team up with Hannah Oxley and Maureen Dermody who will put this special event on. The class is usually a 2 hour event. Participants are asked to dress comfy and feel free to bring a blanket for the meditation if desired. Class is $40.00 and will be held in THE BARN at 1044 Shore Road in Pocasset MA. SUMMER 2025 PUPPY YOGA CLASSES in WALPOLE MA AT GOLDEN RIDGE FARM
Erin will be teaching yoga at Golden Ridge Farm in Walpole, MA. Class will be held from 6-7 pm and from 7-7:30 filled with puppy love. Class is $40 per person and all payments will be made directly to Golden Opportunities for Independence. Erin is collaborating with GOFI for these classes. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel, and to dress in layers, it could be cool. Classes will be weather permitting and in the event we have to reschedule will be held at a later date. Classes will go on unless it's raining. This will be a fun filled class with puppies from Golden Ridge Farm. Shoes will be asked to be removed while participating in class. Puppies will be an active part of this class. This is a great thing to do with your child/ren, as everyone enjoys some puppy love!
YOGA IN "THE BARN" THURSDAY NIGHTS for 2025 6-7:30 pm
Join me in "THE BARN" (my yoga barn) for a class that includes, gentle yoga, meditation, and sound bowls. In his class you will experience the energy of sound bowls, give your brain a break with meditation, and care for your body with gentle stretches and poses to increase your flexibility. Yoga involves body, mind, and breath. Learning to be present. Whether you are new to yoga or have been a yogi for years, I welcome all levels to attend. You will learn the importance of breath, inhales and exhales, proper diaphragmatic breathing. Techniques to settle your brain and learn to shut the world off and begin to meditate. We will use yoga straps to increase some of the poses, and I provide all mats, blocks, and straps for my classes. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, and a blanket for the meditation. Most participants love to bring their own blanket to class. Classes will change with a different theme, playlist, and intention. Each class we focus on one attribute that you can learn and grow from> For example here a few class themes:

No two classes are exactly alike, and Erin will ask the class prior to starting what people are needing attention on. Lower back? Neck? Shoulders etc. and that will be incorporated more into the class, so you will walk away learning new poses and stretches to help your body. Erin welcomes you to share what your body is needing. Her class is for you! Anyone looking to try the benefits of yoga, come try a class and see how better both your body and mind will feel.
SATURDAY MORNINGS IN SUMMER (June, July, August)
8:30 - 9:30 Summer Exercise Series with Erin
Yoga, weights, core & more classes. This will be held at the Brookside Golf Club in Bourne Ma. Classes will be weather permitting and held outside on the large field near the pool area. Please bring your yoga mat and dumb bells for class.
PRIVATE YOGA ~ MEDITATION ~ SOUND BOWL CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE - Inquire with Erin for private bookings. HAVE A GROUP OF FRIENDS WHO ALL WANT TO PRACTICE TOGETHER? Erin will teach your private class and design it to meet the needs of the participants. Erin also works with anyone requesting a private yoga class, and can provide a chair yoga class upon request.
CHILDRENS YOGA is also offered. Erin has taught yoga in both public Elementary and private Preschool programs. Bring yoga to your classroom and see the benefits. Erin has taught Mother & Daughter classes in honor of Mother's Day. What a creative way to spend time together bettering both your body and mind. Classes can be tailored to meet your specific goals.
OUTSIDE CLASSES: Erin teaches outside all summer at Brookside Golf Club, teaches pop up Goat YOGA on a beautiful farm and, puppy yoga classes, yoga alongside of horses. at a horse farm. Puppy Yoga and Goat Yoga are both huge hits. Beach yoga classes are also an option. Outdoor classes can be scheduled directly with Erin. Erin can help you pick your spot outside that will work for you.
SPORTS STRETCHING & YOGA: Erin has helped athletes and team members with both physical and mental goals. Stretching is a key component to preventing the injury, and mastering mindfulness to be present helps the mental challenges that can be faced in the world of sports. The benefits of proper breathing can connect both the body and mind for clarity.
SMALL GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS AVAILABLE: Erin will work with you to design your daily fitness routine. Learn proper form when weightlifting, to gain the most beneficial results in your body. Learn the importance of nutritional eating, and daily habits you can incorporate within your life. Own your tomorrow! HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE. Both small group and private sessions are available. Erin is a certified Health Coach and can help you design a plan that works for you.
